On December 20, 2017, the company sent engineers to Hungary for a 10-day maintenance of the devices. It's Christmas in the West. Hungarian-related personnel took the holiday break. Huang Peng, our engineer, overcame the difficulties of lack of cooperation and language barriers, and finished the maintenance services of two CTLM devices, which was well received by Hungarian users and IDSI.
On January 17th, 2018, the company sent engineers to Connecticut for a four-day device maintenance. Fang Liang, our engineer, went to Connecticut Waterbury Hospital to repair the CTLM device during the study and training in the American IDSI Inc. to restore the device and ensure it function well.
